JennyRodwell.com collects name, address, e-mail and telephone contact data to process your order and improve its service to you. Your name and adress are supplied to a third party for the purpose of delivering your order. Financial data (on payment cards) is collected to process payment by secure channels and is not retained by JennyRodwell.com. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party.

You can verify the data we hold about you by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will immediately correct it.

Delivery Policy

We will process your order immediately and despatch painting instruction cards by ordinary letter post and, when accompanied by art materials, by ordinary parcelpost. Shipment will normally occur within two working days of order but, in the rare event of our being out of stock, or other technical difficulty, please allow up to ten working days for delivery. In case of any major delay, we will let you know by post or by email.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Items may be returned within a week of receipt by the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying postal charges if the items supplied are fault-free or ordered in error. If the items are faulty or do not comply with those ordered, a refund of the order value and the return postage cost will be made. The refund will be transacted when the items have been returned to us.
